Rental Application Process
Have you found a property you’d like to rent? Follow these simple steps to apply:
1. Print and Submit: Print our Rental Application and bring it to our office along with the application fee of $75.
2. Apply Online: Complete our Online Rental Application. *Important: Each applicant must use their own individual email address when applying online.*
Fees
– Application Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee of $75.00 is required.
– Lease Signing Fee: Upon approval of your application, a $150.00 lease signing fee will be due.
Payment Instructions
Make your money order payable to Chris Martin Properties and send it along with your application. Alternatively, you can stop by our office to make your payment. Once payment is received, the application process will begin. You will be notified of the results within 3-5 business days.
